Maybe there is some-one out here that can help me!! My mortgage company is threatening to forclose on my house, not because I am behind in my mortgage persay, I owned my house outright then 2 yrs ago we took out a $40,000 loan to remodel, these idiots neither figured in insurance nor taxes, my home today is worth $155,000 if I put it on the market as the economy is today , then 2 years feb 2nd my husband had a stroke and they have messed with my payments eg:$464 mth to $938 mth now to $955 mth, this is their idea of a workout loan. We struggle to make ends meet just like everyone else but my problem is very dire as I run an animal rescue and rehabilitation center, am also licensed by the state for wildlife rescue, all of this expense has come out of our pockets for the last 6 years and because i don't have the $1,077-00 to file for a 501-c-3 we get none of that back even on taxes, the biggest problem is where am I going to go with all these animals if they throw us out of my home, I have 16 horses, 2donkeys, 10dogs, 3goats and every pregnant cat that irresponsible people think they need to dump in my yard, a lot of these animals are blind and take special care, I don't believe that they should be put down because of dissabilities, would that mean we humans should be put down if we are dissabled.
